Hi, I’m Tyler Partridge

Growing up I knew I played a lot of sport, with that I wanted to lead a healthy lifestyle. Sadly as hard as I would work on and off the field, a lot of the work that needed to be done was in the kitchen. I didn’t see a dietitian when I was young, so I followed no plan, and basically inhaled whatever food was put in front of me. I was by no means eating healthy nor was I aware of how food effected my energy levels on a daily basis.  It was only once I left Highschool that I was interested in leading a heathier life. I wanted to get results and help others make the same leaps and bounds without the misinformation that fell for getting in the way.
My vision is to help people lead healthier lifestyles to ensure each day they can take a step in their right direction.

There are many things that bring joy to people in life and generally food is at the centre of it all. There are many ways food can be prepared, bought and stored. There are countless ways food can influence our day to day lives and performance. Yet it is often the most overlooked part of our busy lives.

That’s what led me to becoming a Registered Dietitian, where I learnt what I wanted to know was only a teardrop in the ocean when it comes to the relevance of nutrition. Understanding how food can help prevent illness and manage certain medical conditions is mind-blowing. After completing my degree, I have worked in both the public and private sector. Learning valuable lessons in both, I am now pursuing my vision of healthier lifestyles for all. Making the most out of what is accessible to us and ensuring we don’t miss out on great opportunities to experience life is a passion of mine. I look forward to chatting to you about how we can improve the everyday quality of your life through nutrition.

My Approach

Throughout my life I have always enjoyed building connections with people and helping them excel where possible. There is nothing greater than being an intermediary to helping people live their lives to the fullest.

Food is often one of the most overlooked things in life. People have countless options daily. They sometimes enjoy foods that others may prefer not to eat. There are many factors that affect people’s outlook on food. This creates individuality and allows us to experience people’s stories through the food they eat.

Goal Setting

Sometimes painting a clear picture as to what you want to achieve is the first step. A lot of the time nutrition can aid you in achieving those goals. Sometimes we don’t recognise the canvas when it started, my goal is to help you create a lifestyle you are proud of and recognise when you achieve it.

Lifestyle change

By introducing a gradual change to daily life, we create sustainable change. Not everyone is going to have the life they want to lead.

By creating an individualised plan on how we can improve your health, you can be assured that you are one step closer to a daily positive shift in your lifestyle.

In life its great to have a plan, sometimes we don’t make the time to plan or would like to try or do things off plan. I like to look at nutrition the same way. Its great having a plan, however sometimes following the plan doesn’t work and I want to empower people to make informed choices about how to stay on track.
